Citadel crashing on out of disk space

Hi Group,

We have seen two PCs (NT4.0/SP4, Lookout 4.0.1/Build 51) running stress
tests, crash in Citadel when the working volume has less than 1MB free.
Lookout itself keeps going. Has anyone else experienced similar
behaviour on this or previous versions?

I know you SHOULD keep ample space available, but I was hoping that
Citadel would shutdown gracefully rather than bomb out.

Regards

Ken

Ken,
I have not seen this behavior but I normally keep my hard drive fairly free.
I am passing the information on to our R&D group for testing.

This is not an answer, but I'm wondering if there has been any progress on this? And does the same thing happen with the Citadel database in LV DSC?

Basically, I am curious to find out what happens with LV DSC (when Tag Engine is logging to the RTDB) when the disk space drops to zero and near zero.

I have noticed this several times when one of the *.ale files becomes extremely large, i.e.; 2.5gb or more and the drive space is less than 100mb on our NT system. Not so much our 2000 machine.
