Cleared and acknowledged alarms still appear in the alarm window

I have an alarm setup in Lookout 6.5 to alarm on temperature using hihi, hi, lo and lolo parameters.  All works fine except for when the alarm clears ie. the temperature drops, the alarm is acknowledged but it remains in the alarm window in black.  It cannot be cleared without closing the process.

Not to worry, I have sorted this one out.
