Corrupted lks file?

Solved!
Go to solution

I have opened the lks file with notepad and found ASCII  charcaters that appear to be random, in other words, not in a defined format as with most of the other code.  Is this file corrupted or is this something I am not aware of?  Attacked is the LKS file.

It's not corrupted. These characters are for the ActiveX controls. The ActiveX controls are not lookout's native objects. Lookout cannot export the parameters or attributes of the control to the .lks file as readable words.
