We use the Lookout DNP driver to communicate over ethernet to RTU's, but we have to use a seperate software helper called a serial to IP converter. We assign the driver to a comm port in Lookout and then assign the destination IP address to the comm port in the Serial-IP software. My only problem is that me end devices support Trip/ Close pairs and Lookout does not.
