Demo program expired, time out in one hour, but we do not have a demo program

Hello,
Today my computer crashed and the computer tech at my company replaced the mother board. When the lookout shortcut was opened (after new motherboard) an error message came up saying " Contact Eldridge Inc. for Full License, www.ocpsystems.com" and once I pressed OK another window opened saying " 30 day trial expired. Demo 1 Hour". As far as I am aware we have a license for this program. As well, when I tried to go to the ocp systems website, the site was under service and no appreciable help could be found. Any ideas?

Thanks

If this is Lookout 6, you will need to re-register because your Computer ID used by NI to generate your license key has likely changed due to the major component/configuration change generated by a motherboard replacement.

Good Luck,

Ed

I don't think this is a Lookout message.  Are you using any ActiveX controls from OPCSystems?  They may have tied their license key to the motherboard (typically to the MAC ID when the network card is built into the motherboard.)

Do you get the same message when you open a new Process in Lookout?
