Does lookout 6.0 have a PID or fuzzy logic feature

I am a water operator at a small municipal plant that needs help on a 14 inch butterfly valve. I need to control a 14 inch butterfly valve based on flow from a meter at a constant rate. The incoming pressure on the water line is from 30 to 110 psi. Therefore my rate of flow now flucuates alot. Does lookout have a feature to accomplish this? PID,Fuzzy Logic? I am new to the forum . Thanks
