Error DownloadingFile

Im evaluating Lookout, and I set up the webclient to view on a browser, and
when it prepares to download the files on to the page, it gives me an "error
downloading file" message. I think it might be my browser, but its ir 5.5
and set all the securrity down to "low". any suggestions???

Hi Steve,
There could be a few reasons for that:
1) process name and file name are different
2) a missing graphics file
