I am experiencing the same alarm using lookout 6.2 and DNP 3.0. The only IED's that I have with event reporting are SEL-351's. I am using a Telvent Sage 3030 with event collection turned on but there are no events in the Telvent buffers. I have been looking for a way of bringing back the events to my main. I saw where there was a spanish response to this problem but I couldn't understand it. Any ideas about what may be causing it.
