Historical data viewer for LookOut Direct 4, possibly a VB algorithm?

I need to either find or develop a historical data base viewer for Lookout Direct 4. At a minimum we need to be able to access a portion of the Citadel database, display it as a trend and store the selected data as a file that can be accessed at a later time. Perhaps this can be done as a VB algorithm. If there is anyone that has already developed such a program I very much need your assistance as I have no experience (yet) with VB. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
