How get the NI Lookout Run Time only?

Want to install Run Time Only of Lookout, no edit mode, no client, for a server running 20 I/O max.
How get this? Any license to be paid?

You'll have to buy this. Here are the details:

The specs list the part number and all. Note that the run-time CLIENT is free, but not the run-time server.
