Do you want to activate the software?
The software itself doesn't have the serial number information. The serial number is shipped with the product CD to you. 3.8 is very old version. If you cannot find the serial number, contact NI sales to get it.
If it has already been activated, select Help->About Lookout, you will find the registered information.
