How to setup Lookout with Terminal Service (or using TS Remote Apps)

I need to upgrade one of our major facility using Lookout 5.1 to Lookout 6.2.  One of the major issue is that Lookout 6.2 cannot run 2 instances on the same computer and we need to run 2 if not three instances in order to properly manage different client apps that we have spanning across multiple monitors.  Also it helps to be able to open up two seperate alarm windows on the same machine to clearly indicate the where the alarm is generating from (which apps and thereby the location and area of responsibilities).

One of the possible solutions we have thought about is to utilize the terminal service feature of server 2003/2008.  In particular in server 2008 it is real easy to package a Terminal Service Remote Application.

Unfortunately we are running into the same problems as running Lookout 6.2 on local machine: you can only run one instance of the software at once.  Wonderware provide a way to do this since 8.0 but I don't want to having to start a massive platform migration effort for this reason alone.

Is there a work around in order to make this work?  Or is there something in particular settings that I need to pay attention of in order to get them all working?

By the way Lookout 6.2 looks fairly stable running locally on Server 2008, pretty similar to the performance when running it on Server 2003.
