The Citadel time service should be started automatically, but there is a way to fix this. In Windows 2000 (I think the directions are similar for NT and XP), right-click on "my computer" and choose "manage." Then, look under services and applications >> services. If you cannot manually start Lookout Time Synchronization (right-click and choose "start"), then it may not be installed properly; install the latest version of logos. If you can manually start the service, then you can also change the startup type from manual to automatic.
