To whom it may concern,

 

I am having issues with my Lookout software.  The software seems to be frozen
and will not update while showing wrong data in the value fields.

I am using FP AI 111 and FP AI 200 modules with FP 1000 modules connected via
serial to a USB to RS-232 converter.  The converter ready light is amber

there are no lights for the com ports.  Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Does the panel still respond? (push buttons, switches, etc.)
