I need documentation on creating the Lookout report object

I am trying to create a report object and the developer's manual refers me to the on-line help. The on-line help does not indicate what is needed in the dialog box when creating the report. I want this to be an HTML report. I am using Lookout 5.0. I am in need of some additional documentation or examples. I have searched the knowledge base and website but have not found anything to explain what needs to be in the fields in the dialog box.

NI has an example for it: go to ni.com >> NI Developer Zone tab >> Development Library >> Lookout >> Networking ... >> Other section >> Publishing Lookout HTML Report...

Dr. Tag, Thanks for trying to help but when I go to the development library section of the website, there is no option for "Lookout". Is there some choice between Development Library>>and Lookout?

It's under "Measurement and Automation Software" section
You can find these links there:
LabVIEW, Measurement Studio, LabWindows/CVI, LOOKOUT, TestStand, DIAdem, Other Software

Click Lookout.

Okay, I found it. Unfortunately, I have already been there and downloaded this and it still does not explain the report dialog box fields. What I need is an explanation of what needs to go into the fields. I can only make assumptions based on what the example object fields contain. Also, some of the report object fields in the example are left blank. I think I will probably have to call the CS support line at NI.
