Installation Lookut 6.0

A greeting, when installing lookout 6.0 gives the following error: "Error 1609. Un error ocurred while applying settings. Users is not a valid user or group. This could be problem with the package, or problem connecting to a domain controller on the network. Check your network connection an click Retry, or Cancel to end the install.". Any commentary I will thank for much.

Do you have a non-English version of Windows? If so, that is probably the root of this. I found the following KB that talks about it. I just did a search on "1609 lookout" on the support page.
