What is the OS you used and the MSOffice Version? I may need to try to reproduce it here.
Did you have any background programs running when you installed TS, such as anti virus? If yes, we recommend turning off those programs before installing TestStand. In addition, if you are using NT base systems such as NT 4.0, Windows 2000 or Windows XP, make sure you use an administrator account when you install TestStand.
