Newbie needs help! Jail Control System

Hi
I have an application for a jail control system I.E. control doors, lights, cameras, and intercom system. My question I think is fairly simple but I have not found a good way to do this using lookout.

I have doors that all have an open sensor on them for feedback. That if certain doors are open certain other doors cannot be opened until they are closed. But my client wants to be able to override this feature by clicking on an override button prompting them for a password to allow the door to be opened for a few seconds regaurdless of the other door being opened. Anyone that has any ideas on how I could acomplish this it would be greatly appreciated as I am very new to lookout.

Thank You
Rob

P.S. I am using DirectLogic DL20

I would recommend using the built in security level system: Assign the override pushbutton a security level sufficiently high- say 8 or 9 (at my site 10 is for developers only). Then each user has a login name, password, and security level. Only users with a security level at or greater than the override pushbutton security level can depress the button. With this method the event logging system can also track who pushed the button when.

Just one idea- there are many, many different ways to do the same thing with Lookout.
