After pointing to the location of the old DB and defining the new location then click next and the software hangs. It never shows a progress bar like it is actually converting. I am trying to convert the 3.8 Citadel DB to 4.0 Citadel DB. Then convert 4.0 Citadel DB to 5.0 Citadel DB.
I am doing an application conversion from Lookout 3.8 to Lookout 6.2.
Also I have some alarm.dat and event.dat files in the separate folders by month then by year. DO these files need to be converted as well??
