Lk 6.5 Web Export does not fully hide Status Bar

Can you please fix this?

When not fully hidden (top of status bar still visible), users can select controls on the status bar, which is NOT desireable!

Thanks,

Ed

Do you mean the status bar on web client? It's not hidden, you can click to open the login dialog box.

Do you want to fully hide the status bar on web client?

Yes, status bar on client web page is partially visible (top edge).  Template .htm file has display size of width="1925" and height="1145" and <PARAM NAME="StatusBar" VALUE=0>.

I don't understand your problem. Attached is the status bar on web client, which is exactly the same as the one in server software. It's not hidden.

Ryan, you have this backwards:

Client task bar is supposed to be fully hidden but is only partially hidden.  See attached image where there should be NO status bar.

I didn't notice that check box for status bar in web client export configuration.

So, you didn't check "show status bar", and exported it, but you still saw half of the status bar. This is your problem, right?

What's your OS? and monitor resolution?

Yes, that is my problem.

Windows 7 x64

Screen resolution doesn't seem to matter.  This particular page has been run in both 1920x1200 and 2560x1600 with same results.

Verified same problem exists on clients with lower screen resolutions

Any chance of getting this problem fixed soon?

The problem is that we cannot reproduce it... I tried different computers but got the good result.

Could you upload your exported web client files including the html file and process file to our ftp? ftp://ftp.ni.com/incoming

What's your web client computer's monitor resolution?
