Solved it finally!!!!!!  I reformatted both original LookOut servers (remember that I just uninstalled LookOut from those machines and reinstalled Client only?).  I then installed LookOut Client on both machines.  Suddenly, my servers worked perfectly.  I tried to switch back and forth from primary to stand-by server several times to see if it truly worked.  Voila, the switch over worked like a charm without any glitch.  This makes me think that even I've uninstalled LookOut runtime/development part, there were still pieces of LookOut left over and those really messed me up.  My client machines looked like they were looking for information from both new and old servers.  Anyway, now it's time for me to get a drink to celebrate Smiley Very Happy
