Looking for Lookout Documentation (6.6 or 6.7)

Hi, 

I am trying to upgrade a lookout 6.6 client to VTscada and have searched everywhere but the only lookout documentation i can find is from 1998.

I was hoping someone in the forums had a local copy of lookout 6.6 or lookout 6.7 documentation that they could drop below.

I really appreciate any and all help!

Attached is the latest Lookout Development Manual I can find. It was released with Lookout version 6.1.0, dated 2004. I am guessing that later documentation was migrated to help files.
