Lookout 4.5 Modbus Ethernet problem

Lookout 4.5 will not establish a Modbus Ethernet connection unless the
driver object is opened, modified and closed. If the process is closed an
restarted there will be no communication.

Does anyone else have this problem or work around.

This issue is currently being addressed by the Lookout R&D group at NI. They will give an update once resolved.

The modbus cbx file has been altered to correct this issue.
1)Rename the old file to modbus.old
2)Insert the cbx into the Lookout folder
3)Delete the lookout.dat file
It will be recreated
4)Start Lookout and open your process.
