Hi,
I am running Lookout 4.5 on a Windows computer in association with a remediation system, in which, the system gets checked once a month as part of the O&M Schedule. Picture 1 (attached) was the initial observations of the lookout program when I arrived on-site. Picture 3 is typically what is observed on the screen. As the program seemed to be frozen, the computer was restarted. Once restarted, the program tried to launch but gave me an error message (Picture 2). As the program is about ten years old, the original installation disk could not be located. What steps need to be taken in order to return the program to normal functionality.
