Lookout 5.1 Starts normally and within about 10 Seconds freezes then reboots the PC

The thermoformer was running normally when I shut it down for the holiday. When we started it this am all it will do is launch Lookout for about 15 seconds then it freezes up and crashes the PC. The event viewer is reporting a W32Time error in the log. I'm unclear as to whether these are related or not. It shouldn't restart the PC but it is. Any help here. Our line is down due to this problem.

I was able to go into the service manager of windows and shut down all the related services. I went back and resarted the 5.1 service and we are running the software with full control less some of the reporting features.
