I have recently re-installed a Lookout 5.1 application on a new XP server and cannot get the Hypertrend traces to function. I have tried the following:
- Reinstalled Lookout 5.1 (several times)
- Verified that data members are configured correctly to log to historical database
- Viewed with MAX but no data is shown (Citadel database does not appear in Max)
- Removed all files from “database” folder in Lookout and restarted Lookout
- Created a new test process with only a single configured data point but again no trending
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
