Lookout 5.1 non functioning database

I have recently re-installed a Lookout 5.1 application on a new XP server and cannot get the Hypertrend traces to function.  I have tried the following:

 

  1. Reinstalled Lookout 5.1 (several times)
  2. Verified that data members are configured correctly to log to historical database
  3. Viewed with MAX but no data is shown (Citadel database does not appear in Max)
  4. Removed all files from “database” folder in Lookout and restarted Lookout
  5. Created a new test process with only a single configured data point but again no trending

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
