Hi,
I've reinstalled Lookout 6.5 Developer on my laptop and now get the following error when I try and open up V6.5 and V6.6. "Error: fail to connect the Citadel Service" I'm running Windows 7 32-bit.

I repaired this by reloaded the security file located in the system 32 folder. lookout.sec. I can't wait till I finish this job and go back to Factory-Talk. I'll be limiting any further purchase of NI software. Thanks for all of your help and I hope your firings go well.

I can say that your experience is not the normal. Having installed Lookout hundreds (literally) of times on machines from Windows 98 to Windows Server 2008 R2 & 7, I have not experienced this problem.
