I am using Lookout 4.5.1 b18.In my server- WindowsNT4 (sp 4)-I have datatables which exports to one excel sheet 96 times a day.The client machines in the network are accessing the excel sheet and so the file has read permissions.But the the user permissions are disapperaing each time when datatable exports to it and the clients are not able to access it.It seems lookout changes the securities as administrator-full control and removes all other users.The folder which contain the file has sharing with a $sign, to make it invisible from the client machines.The folder is given read permissions for all users, which remains same while the file permissions get changed by datatable export.Please provide some help.
