Lookout Direct Runtime USB Key

Good Morning

I have a Lookout direct software package that was running on an older computer, the computer crashed and a new computer was purchased.

The old computer had a LTP1 port that we plugged the lookout direct runtime key into, but the new computer has no LTP1 ports it only has USB ports

We sent our old key in and exchanged it for a USB key but the software won’t find the key. We are running Ver. 4.0.

How do I fix this problem?
