From the Lookout Web Client setup directions:
"
* For your web client to connect to a server process, you need a Concurrent Client License registered on the server machine"
I currently have 4 client licences installed and am only using 1. When I go to the file menu the "Web Server Export Options" is grayed out and inaccessible.
I think this could be due to not being logged in as administrator to the Lookout Server.
This leads to another problem --> Is there a way to reset the administrator password?...as I have forgotten/lost it.
