Lookout overwriting SLC5/05 register values

We've been experiencing difficulties with registers used for process tuning parameters being randomly either zeroed out, or overwritten with seemingly nonsense data. We've noticed that when writing a new value into a register, Lookout always flops back to the old value, then returns to the new value. However, we can see nothing in the logs which would suggest why these data are being garbled.

Unfortunately the SLC5/05 is not supported in Lookout at this time. Although apparently it is the same as the /04 and might work if configured as an /04. I'd recommend creating a very simple process from scratch to see if you get the same behavior. Also if you could create an example that reproduces the issue without requiring the hardware an engineer at NI could reproduce the problem. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
