The Alarms and Events print option actually doesn't print to the printer. Instead, it usually spits out a csv file in the Lookout directory (usually called journal.csv). If you want to print alarms, you'll have to go the Options>System and then, in the upper right corner of the form, select LPT1 (or whatever your printer is on) in the Log alarms to box.
