Update: Put a new PC in place to get customer on line, and it worked. Spent some time on the old PC to see why it wasn't working. Turns out it was Windows XP pro. Not sure what broke, but ran IP Optimizer on the NIC card and the problem cleared right away. Some setting had changed in the registry causing Lookout to fail. We love ya Mr. Gates ....
