Paging Problem

I have a problem with the (Lookout) SCADA paging.  The error message is "Timeout during connection to the SMTP sever"  How do I fix it?
 
This just start happening to me yesterday.  To my knowledge, I did not make any changes to the system.

      Listed below are some useful troubleshooting tips.

1) For the mailer object please refer,

2) Are you using Lookout 6.0 ? and what is the object you are using. Is it mailer?

3) Was there any changes on your TCP / IP connection and your internetwork system?
