Pot values going to maximum value

I am running Lookout 6.1 on Win XP, and some of my pots are changing to their maximum value.

The pots are linked to the driver data member through a symbolic link.

Does anyone have an idea as to what would cause this to happen?

Our system is a telemetry system and the sites are polled every 1 - 2 minutes.

Do you connect the remote source of the pot directly to the driver object address through the symbolic link?

You can take a look at the event in Alarm Windows. If it says that the pot value is changed at the remote source, it means the value in driver object changes.
