How can I see the same application and interact on two different monitors, having a single CPU?

Two monitors can be configured in several ways in the OS. If you want to see the same thing, you would chose to "duplicate" (see e.g. here).

What do you mean by "interact"? Are these touchscreens? You could use two mice, one for each, etc.
