Upgrade issues from Lookout 6.0 to 6.5

Can someone help me with step by step upgrade of application from lookout 6.0 to 6.5 . I am specifically intrested in database conversion steps as I am having problem with accesing lookout databse from WIN911 alarming software.

Both 6.0 and 6.5 use the Citadel 5 database. There is no compatibility issue. Actually, when you upgrade lookout from 6.0 to 6.5, you don't need to convert the database. Just use it directly.

So I guess your problem is somewhere else, such as configuration.
