Using DirectLogic ECOM with Lookout

I have a system using Lookout 5.1.  I am running Win.2k.
I am using a Directlogic PLC with H2-ECON module.
In Lookout, I go to Options/Directlogic Link Status.
There I am able to see my module and create a link.
I create the link and enable it.  I jump back over into
my Lookout app. but I my values and status indicators
still are not changing state or updating.  My knowledge of
Lookout is very limited.  Since this was a working system
prior to its relocation, I have checked all connections.
Not sure where to go from here.  Anyone care to help???

No I haven't.  I have not made any changes to the
project.  If your talking about creating a DL in edit
mode...I have not performed this function before.
Can you walk me through it.

I have looked through the list of objects in the
project.  I cannot see where a Data Link was
ever created.  However, I do show objects that
are connected to links that are not present.  I was
wondering if I need to setup a OPC server or does
the DirectLogic connection transfer data through
a dedicated format.

Thanks for your Help Max.  You pointed me in the right direction
My Data Link object was calling on a link with the wrong name.
All I had to do was rename my link, in link editor, to 5176_e_Cal.

Thanks for your help and responses.

The directlogic driver uses a link name.  You need to create a link with the same name or restrike a link and through object modify select the new link to the driver.  Hope this helps.
