Hello,

This is a problem that occasionally occurs when Lookout and the LabVIEW DSC module are installed on the same PC. When that is the case, we usually recommend repairing the installation of LabVIEW DSC. This can be done by going to the Windows Control Panel and double-clicking Add/Remove Programs. From the Add/Remove Programs Dialog, select National Instruments Software, and press the Change button. Another dialog box will open. From this dialog box select LabVIEW DSC and hit the repair button.

If you do not have LabVIEW DSC module installed, I think it may still be valid to try to repair the Lookout installation. To do this just repeat the above steps, but in the last step select Lookout instead of LabVIEW DSC.

If repairing the installation does no
t resolve the issue, then please respond back to me with more information, such as the version of Lookout (and LabVIEW DSC if you are using it also), and the version of Windows you are using (98, 2000, XP, etc.).

I hope this helps!
