Error Message of Lookout when Open

There is a error message from Citadel when Lookout 5.1 is open. This happened after I move the application from the development computer to the runtime only computer. I don't see where is the mistake. May be one of you can tell me where to look for this.(See the attachemnt)

Hi,
Most likely that error generated a log file in your computer. You can find that file under the database directory for Lookout; it will be called IELog.htm. I will appreciate it if you could attach that file to your next reply. Thanks!

Here is the Lookout log file. It looks empty to me, see attachment.

Hi,
It seems that either the installation of the Citadel service or the Citadel DB itselt got corrupted. You can try to manual remove and reinitialize the service by following the next steps:
  1. At a DOS prompt, change to the Windows system directory (C:\windows\system on Windows 9x or C:\winnt\system32 on Windows 2000/NT), as shown in the following example:
    C:\> cd \windows\system

  2. Type the following to remove and install the Citadel Service:
    lkcitdl -remove
    lkcitdl -install -auto

If that doesn't fix it, I will recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the run-time client on the client computer. By the way, does this happen with any process, or just this one in particular?
