Hi,
It seems that either the installation of the Citadel service or the Citadel DB itselt got corrupted. You can try to manual remove and reinitialize the service by following the next steps:
- At a DOS prompt, change to the Windows system directory (C:\windows\system on Windows 9x or C:\winnt\system32 on Windows 2000/NT), as shown in the following example:
C:\> cd \windows\system
- Type the following to remove and install the Citadel Service:
lkcitdl -remove
lkcitdl -install -auto
If that doesn't fix it, I will recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the run-time client on the client computer. By the way, does this happen with any process, or just this one in particular?
