I have been using Paint in Windows and saving in BMP format. If you have several graphics to work with, put all into a folder inside the Graphics file of Lookout (C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Lookout X.y\Graphics), like a new library of yours. CLose and re-open Lookout. It will apperar as available when you insert or choose a graphic.
Also you can use Corel Draw 11 or higher to create or modify existing WMF graphics. It can be harder yo do, but the wmf can be resized on screen. The bmp can not.
Good luck
