distributing my Lookout Client

OK, I have developed my updated Lookout Client, looks & works great

I am using the same Lookout version that our original programmer used to our original version.

When others use their Lookout program to open my client it gives the error message as follows

The file......l4p was created by an older version of Lookout. Please recompile it by opening the source file  ....lks

OK

so I open the .lks file and promptly get the error message

Compile Failed

and then gives me a compile error window listing all of the classes that it can find, like Gauge, Accumulator, Run etc

(actually every object that I use)

what gives? 

Our original programmer say he did nothing special to distribute his original client

Hi Frank,

I am able to open the LKS file without any errors in Lookout 6.0.2 (build 1).  You seem t be using 5.1 (build 8).

Can you provide the exact error text for some of the errors.

I reloaded lookout onto the other machine, and i am also able to read the new client files.
