excel resolution

Hi there

My problem is whit excel, i have a program in labview 6.1 that read a strain gage signal

when i open the data in excel (  time vs volts)  excel only put  3 decimal cifers and i am loosing resolution

i found a temporal solution that is multiply 1000 times the signal

can you give me an alternative solution?

another thing is happening,  when i put my sample rate at 0.1ms ( 10.000 samples/s) and the number of samples at 10000,

 in real time my program should adquire data in 1s , but that is not happening , this procces is taking  too much time.

can you explain what is happening?

Can you elaborate on the following points -

1. Which is the version of MS Office (Excel) ?

2. Is it possible to send a sample VI or screen print of the part where the data is being written in the file ?

3. What is the actual value being read in the excel sheet & what should be the actual value ? (Give example)
