how to display a numberic datamember as seen on a LCD?

if  i want my numberic datamember displayed like that i can see on a LCD or a led.

but i cant find any object sacrisfy my goal!

can i do it with lookout? and how i can do it?

There is no object to do it directly. You need to create multiple switches with custom display, and do the logic by yourself.
