Is the database on the same computer?
Any error in Lookout?
To see the data in MAX, launch "Measurement & Automation" from desktop, select My System->Historical Data, right click on Citadel 5 Universe(if you use Lookout 6.x), select New->Trace View, select the database, the trace to view, click Add and OK. On Display tab, you will see the trends.
If it's not there, the data is not logged to database.
