I tried re-install lookout direct for 3 times and now matter I stopped or started or removed lkcitdl.exe before I reinstalled the software, I still can not get the lookout direct 4 (5.30.001) running correctly with its citadel database function.
The reason was because I installed 6.5, and since then 5.3 got lost with its database.
