I'm new to Lookout 4 and have come across a problem with the I/O and relay boxes on the rig.

Basically, we only use 1 channel on the relay box and this no longer works.

I can force open and closed other channels thru the GUI but cannot find how I can swap the channel from 1 to 2 (obviously, not the wiring side of things but the software)

Can anyone point me in the right direction please

First you need to know how the control on panel is connected to the channel. Here is a KB about Modbus object configuration. I don't know which driver object you use, but the way of connection is similar.

Pay attention to part 2, from step 6 to 9, and from step 23 to 32. They are two different kinds of connections.
