Purchased lookout upgrade from 6.0 to 6.5 development and no new serial number was issued but old serial number will not authorize new version of lookout. Austin Tx support could not resolve issue and stated we would have to post message to get resolved. Can you assist

We have purchase a number of Lookout upgrades over the past 15 years and have always received a new serial number with a version change. In the past we had to wait for the physical media to arrive to know what the new serial number was. You might need to talk with your NI sales rep. I have also found that if you talk with tech support in Austin they may not be that knowledgable about Lookout, but if you send an email tech support request you'll get a fast and accurate response.

You need to talk with the sales rep instead of the tech support.
