Just installed a new LO 6.6 system at client on new PC running Win 7. All works OK except that I cannot create new user accounts. System error asks to check disk memory (500 GB drive almost empty). Tried the same on another PC with Lookout developers version with same result. Any solutions for this?
Note: the PC is not set up for networking

Go to National Instruments\Shared\Logos
Check if you can create user by running usrmgr.exe directly.
If it fails, right click on it and select Run as Administrator, and try.
If it still fails, open its property, on Compatibility tab, choose Run this program in compatiblity mode for XP

I also can't add any users. I ran usrmgr.exe and received message that the User logon failed. Possible reasons: The user account 'name I used' doesn't exist. The password is incorrect. The password is expired. The account is disabled. I get the same message when ran as administrator and in compatibility mode for Windows XP. My customers system is experiencing problems and I need to get this going soon.
