Create a Pulse. On/Off = Alarm.active. Period = 02:00:00, duration = 01:59:59.

SCADAlarm monitors the Pulse, instead of Alarm.active.

The Pulse will be ON when alarm.active is ON. The difference is that it will turn off and on every 2 hours.
